Giantess physics is always an intriguing part of this fantasy. You might say that she is not digesting in the conventional sense but somehow using her food like fuel in a nuclear reactor. So instead of calories going to all her superpowers, it's based on E=mc^2. That should give you plenty of leeway when it comes to energy needed. Plus, on the bright side, no need to build her a bathroom lol.
